Artisans on Web collects customer information to improve the content of our web site and for use in completing your order in a timely manner. We recognize your concerns to use this information responsibly. Part of this process allows you to return within 2 hours of visiting our website and using the shopping cart. If you have added items to your shopping cart but haven't checked out, you'll find them waiting for you on your return.

Your e-mail address is necessary, in order for you to receive an automatic confirmation of your online order (if you place one), or to contact you concerning your order. We do not sell customer information to any outside companies or third parties. Customer information is used to process your order. We do not make sales calls. We may use customer information for our own marketing and promotional purposes. If at any time you wish to be removed from mailing lists, feel free to contact us. The credit card you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is shipped. We accept Checks or Money Order made payable to Artisans on Web. We do not accept C.O.D. payments.

All orders are payable in US funds. Purchases are charged at the current exchange rate the day the order is processed.

Return Information:

Please contact us prior to sending back the item. A Return Authorization number is required before making a return.
All returns must be sent back in new, original condition. We have a 15 day return policy from date of receipt. Your return may be subject to a restocking fee.
Ship in a sturdy or original box and include the invoice (or a copy). Ship it back by Federal Express or UPS Ground as we must be able to track the package to ensure we receive it. We will process the refund within 5 business days of receipt. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
