2012 Savese Primitivo del Tarantino Vermiglio IGT
The Vermiglio vineyard is in the geographic area
of Tarantino. Vermiglio has a beautiful deep
red color with lots of rich red fruit flavors
that makes it an ideal wine for all types of
2014 Savese Negroamaro IGT
Vittoria is made from Primitivo grapes from 25
year old vines.
An elegant wine that is dry and
well balanced with rich fruit flavors and soft
tannins. Vittoria pairs well with barbecued

2012 Savese Primitivo di Manduria Terrarossa DOP
This Primitivo wine is a beautiful deep ruby
color, intense, with rich plummy aromas. It is
dry, soft, and rich with excellent balance,
medium body ripe fruit flavors and a long finish
with soft tannins.
A wonderful compliment when
served with roasted red meats, wild game, and
spicy cheeses. Serve at room temperature.
2008 Savese Primitivo di Manduria Tradizione del Nonno DOC
These vines are truly aged, an average of 50
years, and while they bear a small amount of
fruit, it is the sweetest fruit. The wine is
aged in large amphorae and then in 225 liter oak

dry wine with a delightful aroma and a smooth

pastas, roasts, game and sharp cheeses. This
wine should be decanted for a minimum of 2 hours
2007 Savese Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale DOC
From 100% Primitivo di Manduria grapes. Aged in
large amphorae, followed by aging in small
French oak barrels.
This is a beautiful dessert
wine that has a deep ruby red color with bright
cherry and current aromas. It's rich and smooth
with intense fruit flavors and a sweetness that
tends towards Port.
It's a fine accompaniment
to all types of desserts such as pastries,
dried-fruit pies and cakes as well as sharp
cheeses. Should be poured gently since this is
a non-filtered wine.

2013 Monterocca Nero di Troia, Murgia IGT
The Uve di Troia, supposedly linked to the
Apulian town of Troia, experts say the name
refers to Troy in Asia Minor and was brought by
the ancient Greeks to Apulia. It's one of
southern Italy's most influential red varietals.
The aroma is full and fragrant hinting of
raspberries and blueberries and the taste is
full and robust with great body. It's a perfect
match with red meats, roasts, game, ripe cheeses
and salami. Serve at room temperature.
2013 Monterocca Salice Salentino DOP
Salice Salentino is made from Negroamaro and
Malvasia Nera grapes and is the most prominent
of Salento's DOC's due to it's consistent rich
and robust quality that mellows with age.
is a classic wine with fragrant fruit flavors,
soft tannins and great body that pairs well with
roasted white and red meats, poultry, hard
cheeses and salami. Serve at room temperature.
2008 Monterocca Castel del Monte Rosso Riserva DOP
Made with Nero di Troia grapes, at minimum of
65% plus other grapes of Puglia region..Aged 12
months aging in large French Allier casks.
This is a classic Riserva that has a deep ruby
red color, intense aromas of fruits and berries
and a round, full taste that's well balanced
with great body. It pairs well with red meat
dishes, roasts, games mature cheeses and salami.
It's also excellent as an after dinner drink.
Serve at room temperature.
